Sieving System

There are many types depending on the speci- fications of the raw material to be sieved. Rotary Screen, VCR Screen, Vibrating Screen, etc. It is used at the preparation section of manufac- turing process for eliminating the stones, lime stones and other foreign materials out of the raw material as well as degrading the crushed raw material. The screen holes can be imple- mented at different diameters according to the needs. The raw material passing through the screens is transferred at the required direction by the conveyor belt mounted at the bottom of the machine. This raw material has the required size. The bigger sized material that cannot pass through the screens are transferred to the waste section or recycled to the hammer crusher.
