Shredder

This machine is used for slicing the waste out- put mud coming from the extruder and cutter before re-conveying the mud to the Double Shaft Mixer or mixer of the Vacuum Extruder. Since the waste mud is already vacuumed, if it is recycled to the system without being sliced, it cannot be homogenized with the raw material in the system. Moreover, as it is more abrasive for mixers and other machines to re-process vacuumed-mud, the slicer enables the other machines to work easily and increases quality.
